Srishti Software is now hiring Sr. Software Engineer- ROR Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle.

In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

 
Position: Sr. Software Engineer (ROR Developer)
Required Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Timing: 09.00am to 06.00pm
Working Days & Week Off: 6 days a week, and fixed weekly off on Sunday’s.
Job Type: Permanent/ Full Time
Salary: up to INR 5.0 LPA depending upon individuals skills & experience, reasonably negotiable for right candidates.

Sr. Software Engineer responsibilities include:

• Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Testing and deploying programs and systems
• Fixing and improving existing software
• Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and execute improvements
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Qualification & Skill set requirements:

• Should be a graduate in IT stream (BCA/ BE/ B. Tech etc) with minimum 50% marks.
• Should be good in HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Should have good knowledge of Ruby on Rails technology.
• Good in English communication
• Strong Learning Attitude
